With the recent announcement by General Motors of their plan to “wind down” the Saturn brand, please allow me to address any potential concerns you may have regarding Saturn warranty and service issues.
First, GM will fully honor the warranty on your Saturn vehicle. In fact, the federal government has laws requiring manufacturers to honor all warranty claims, so you can be 100% confident any issues will be properly handled.
In that regard, please be aware that on Monday, November 16th, we will close the Farmington Hills dealership and consolidate our operations at Saturn of Plymouth, which is located at 9301 Massey Drive, Plymouth, MI 48170. (For those of you not familiar with our Plymouth location, please follow the directions from Farmington Hills to Plymouth supplied at the bottom of this letter.) Saturn of Plymouth will remain an authorized Saturn warranty service center, providing you with high-quality Saturn and all-brands service.
Like you, we are disappointed in the end result for the Saturn brand, but a sincere “Thank You” for your past business, and we look forward to meeting your automotive needs in the future. If I can be of service or answer any of your Saturn questions, please give me a call.
